Sonova appoints new GVP Corporate HRM

Stäfa (Switzerland), September 20, 2017 – Sonova Holding AG, the world’s leading provider of hearing solutions, announces today the appointment of Claudio Bartesaghi, currently Head of Corporate Human Resources Management (HRM) North America, to the position of Group Vice President Corporate HRM and member of the Sonova Management Board, effective October 1, 2017. He will be succeeding Sarah Kreienbühl, who will be leaving the company as previously announced to pursue a new career opportunity outside of the industry.

Claudio Bartesaghi (born in 1973, Swiss citizen) brings with him international experience from his current position as Head of HRM of Sonova North America, based in the US, and his prior role as Head of HRM Sonova APAC, based in Singapore. Before these international assignments, he held various positions at Sonova headquarters in Switzerland, gaining a deep understanding of the globally integrated HRM systems and processes and the strong talent base of the Group. Claudio Bartesaghi holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Advanced Studies in HRM from the University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland.
