According to the article 20 of the Swiss Stock Exchange Act, Sonova Holding AG announces, that FMR LLC, 82 Devonshire Street, Boston, MA 02109, USA holds 3,094,337 registered shares with a par value of CHF 0.05 as of December 4, 2007. This corresponds to 4.60% of total capital and voting rights.

FMR LLC is the parent holding company of Fidelity Management & Research Company (“FMRCO”), investment manager for US mutual funds, and Fidelity Management Trust Company (“FMTC”), a US state chartered bank which acts as a trustee or investment manager of various pension and trust accounts. Pyramis Global Advisors Trust Company LLC (“PGATC“) and Pyramis Global Advisors LLC (“PGALLC“) are indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of FMR LLC.
