Biography

Luca Dalla Torre (born 1975, Swiss citizen) joined Sonova Group in August 2026 as Group General Counsel & Sustainability Officer.

Before Sonova, Luca held senior leadership positions in legal, compliance, and sustainability. Most recently, he served as Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer and member of the Executive Committee of the Swiss-listed Siegfried Group.

Luca’s professional experience spans legal affairs, intellectual property, compliance, insurance, risk management, and sustainability. He began his career in public service with the Swiss Competition Commission before joining the private law firms Homburger AG in Zurich and Covington & Burling LLP in New York, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate and commercial law.

Luca holds a Doctorate in Law (Dr. iur.) from the University of Bern, an LL.M. in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law (NYU), and a Professional Certificate in Sustainability from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
