In celebration of International Day of Persons with Disabilities we hosted a panel event where colleagues from our Hearing Loss Resource Group shared their personal experiences on how we can be allies in the inclusion journey. In addition, they created a Teams background which shares tips on how to be more inclusive during online calls of people with hearing loss. We hope that you will all join us in continuing to make our workplaces more inclusive and respectful of people with disabilities.
