Family of Hans-Ulrich Rihs controls 5.67% Sonova Holding AG

Stäfa (Switzerland), December 29, 2018 –Sonova Holding AG announces that Hans-Ulrich Rihs, Eichstrasse 49, 8712 Stäfa, Gabriela Rihs, Eichstrasse 49, 8712 Stäfa and  Stefan Rihs,  Soho 38/F, 38 Shelley Street, Mid Levels, Hong Kong, China as a group jointly control 3,704,307 registered shares with a par value of CHF 0.05 as of December 24, 2018. This corresponds to 5.67% of total Sonova share capital. These shares were previously controlled by Hans-Ulrich Rihs as a single shareholder.
