Sonova SIM – Powered by HICX

Sonova has partnered with HICX to provide a Supplier Information Management portal. Through this portal all supplier onboarding information and key due diligence activities will be completed. The process starts by the creation of a new supplier request by a Sonova stakeholder. Once approved, this will generate an email which the supplier’s identified point of contact will receive. This email provides a link to access and register in the portal, allowing suppliers to provide all necessary information for the completion of Sonova’s processes. Please note that Sonova will be unable to transact with suppliers until the onboarding process has been completed.

Self-management of information

Sonova recognises that supplier information is dynamic. Through our Supplier Information Management portal, suppliers are able to self-manage their information enabling the communication of changes to Sonova in an efficient and effective way.
