Between September 2016 and March 2022 he was Group Vice President Hearing Instruments Marketing. In April 2022 he was appointed Groupe Vice President Consumer Hearing.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He joined Sonova from Nestl\u00e9, where he was Vice President and Global Head of Nestl\u00e9 BabyNes. Martin Grieder joined Nestl\u00e9 in 1992 and brings over 20 years of experience in senior management roles within the company. His diversified crossfunctional work experience in 18 countries ranges from leading the global Nespresso professional division to managing Nestl\u00e9 Nespresso North America. Further senior roles at Nestl\u00e9 included Vice President, Head of Finance for the Americas and Head Nestl\u00e9 Group Audit as well as R&#038;D Head for Food &#038; Beverage systems solutions for the Nestl\u00e9 Group.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Martin Grieder received a Master of Business Administration degree from IMD-Switzerland and a Bachelor\u2019s degree in business and economics from the University of Applied Science and Arts (FHNW) in Basel.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Holdings as per 31.03.2023<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Shares<sup>1)<\/sup>: 1,370<\/li><li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Performance Share Units: 3,521<\/li><li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Restricted Share Units: 158<\/li><li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Options: 50,989<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"so-rich-text__footer wp-block-paragraph\">1) Shares are dividend entitled with full voting rights.
