Across our business and brands, we all share one vision: to create a world where everyone enjoys the delight of hearing and lives a life without limitations. This unifying vision, taken together with our corporate values, forms the foundation of our culture and creates a common understanding of how we work together.<\/p>

\n\nTalent and engagement<\/summary>\n

Sonova has developed a proactive approach to attract, develop, and retain talent. We offer fair compensation, career development, and flexibility to be the employer of choice. Through our learning platforms, we provide various training courses to support our employees’ growth.\u00a0<\/p>

We believe that our employees\u2019 feedback is crucial to us as it provides insights into our workforce’s overall morale, satisfaction, and engagement. Therefore, each year, we carry out an employee engagement survey through HearMe, an anonymous survey managed in cooperation with an external provider.<\/p>\n<\/details>

\n\nEmployee wellbeing<\/summary>\n

Sonova is committed to foster employees health and wellbeing. Our Group companies and operation centers take specific prevention and health promotion measures to help maintain and enhance each employee’s capacity for productive and fulfilling work. A Corporate Health Manager drives wellbeing at Sonova.<\/p>\n<\/details>

\n\nDiversity and inclusion<\/summary>\n

Diversity and inclusion (D&I) is an integral part of establishing a work culture representing the full range of stakeholders and communities whom we engage with. Fostering D&I is a business imperative and the right thing to do. Therefore, we value D&I in our workforce.\u00a0<\/p>

We have zero tolerance of discrimination and harassment and have a defined process to raise concerns and\/or incidents and to follow up on them. We offer regular training programs to boost awareness and understanding of the importance of D&I.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/details>

\n\nOccupational health and safety<\/summary>\n

Sonova is committed to provide and promote an occupational health and safety culture that supports and protects our employees. We regularly monitor and analyze the potential health and safety risks of our operations and implement both legally-required and voluntary occupational health and safety programs.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n
