Meet a “small but mighty” team: Michael Zaech, Britta Rendlen, and Ebba Lind Fähnle, who help our businesses and functions to make all parts of Sonova more sustainable. “We work with our colleagues and senior management to make business a force for good while making sustainability a lever for business success,” says Michael. “We do this, for example, by incubating innovation, developing policies, or creating cross-departmental connections and reporting.” Many colleagues across Sonova drive measures that have a positive impact on our environment and society.
