Alle Mitarbeitenden k\u00f6nnen sich in die Stiftungsarbeit der Hear the World Foundation einbringen. Mit ihrem Einsatz bilden die Mitarbeitenden neben der finanziellen und technologischen Projektunterst\u00fctzung die dritte S\u00e4ule der gesamten Stiftungsarbeit. Sie leisten damit einen entscheidenden Beitrag, denn durch ihr pers\u00f6nliches Engagement wird die Nachhaltigkeit der Projekte gef\u00f6rdert.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es macht es mich besonders stolz zu erleben, wie sich die Mitarbeitenden bei Sonova mit Hear the World und damit unseren Unternehmenswerten identifizieren.
