Phonak Unveils Next-Generation Roger Microphones with Built-In Unlimited Receivers

Stäfa, Switzerland, August 29, 2024 – Phonak, a Sonova brand, is pleased to announce Roger Unlimited, the next-generation of award-winning Roger microphones, as well as new updates for Roger On™ and Roger Touchscreen Mic. The new Roger Unlimited portfolio will include built-in unlimited receivers for Roger On™, Roger Select™, Roger Table Mic, and Roger Touchscreen Mic.

In addition to now having built-in unlimited receivers, the Roger On and Roger Touchscreen Mic have been updated with several new features to improve everyday usability.

  • Stereo Wide Pointing Mode:1 Offers a wider beamform for better sound awareness from multiple speakers, ideal for scenarios such as panel discussions or standing meetings.
  • Scratch-Resistant Layer:2 A new coating provides resistance to light scratches, ensuring the microphone maintains its elegance and durability.
  • SmartMute: Allows a smooth switch to AutoSense OS when Roger On is muted, enabling users to maintain the benefits of Phonak's SmartSpeech™ Technology.
  • Improved myRogerMic App Functionality: The updated app allows easy access and control for users to personalize their microphone settings.
