Stäfa (Switzerland), September 14, 2022 - Sonova Holding AG announces that it controls less than 3% of Sonova's total share capital as of September 13, 2022 due to the cancellation of the shares repurchased under the 2021-2022 share buyback program. The capital reduction was undertaken in accordance with the resolution approved by the 2022 Annual General Shareholder's Meeting.
