Stäfa (Switzerland), February 15, 2019 – Sonova Holding AG, a leading global provider of hearing solutions, announces that Anssi Vanjoki, non-executive member of the Board of Directors has informed the company that he will not stand for re-election at the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting (AGM) in June 2019.
The Board of Directors thanks Anssi Vanjoki for his many years of most valuable contributions to the growth and strategic development of the Sonova Group during his tenure. As a result, the number of Board of Directors will be reduced to 8 members after the 2019 AGM.
