Andy Rihs controls 4.83% of Sonova Holding AG

Stäfa (Switzerland), 12 August, 2014 - According to the article 20 of the Swiss Stock Exchange Act, Sonova Holding AG announces that Andy Rihs, 8634 Hombrechtikon, now controls 3,245,233 registered shares with a par value of CHF 0.05 as of 6 August, 2014 due to a sale of securities. This corresponds to 4.83% of total capital and voting rights.

The sale of securities was mainly the result of the expiry  of a derivative financial instrument („Variable Forward Transaction“), which had been closed on 22 July, 2011 and now expired after the agreed period of three years.
