Die ordentliche Generalversammlung der Phonak Holding AG vom 7. Juli 2005 beschloss eine Bruttodividende von CHF 0.30 und folgte bei allen Traktanden den Empfehlungen des Verwaltungsrates.<\/p>\n

Die Generalversammlung beschloss eine Bruttodividende von CHF 0.30 f\u00fcr jede im Aktienregister eingetragene Namensaktie. Die Auszahlung erfolgt mit Valuta 12. Juli 2005. Anl\u00e4sslich der Generalversammlung wurden Frau Heliane Canepa und Herr Daniel Borel f\u00fcr die statutarisch vorgesehene Amtszeit von drei Jahren als Mitglieder des Verwaltungsrates wiedergew\u00e4hlt. Weiter genehmigte die Versammlung den Gesch\u00e4ftsbericht 2004\/05, bestehend aus Jahresbericht, Konzernrechnung und Jahresrechnung der Phonak Holding AG. Sie erteilte zudem den Mitgliedern des Verwaltungsrates und den mit der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung befassten Personen f\u00fcr ihre T\u00e4tigkeit im Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2004\/05 Entlastung.<\/p>\n
