Die Namens\u00e4nderung von Phonak Holding AG in Sonova Holding AG wurde an der ordentlichen Generalversammlung vom 12. Juni 2007 mit grossem Mehr beschlossen und auf den 1. August 2007 festgelegt.<\/p>\n

Die Sonova Aktie (vormals Phonak Holding AG) wird am 2. August 2007 erstmals unter dem neuen Namen an der SWX Swiss Exchange gehandelt. Das neue Ticker-Symbol lautet SOON (vormals PHBN). Die Valorennummer bleibt unver\u00e4ndert (Val. Nr.: 1254978).<\/p>\n
