Im Fokus stehen Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene, die ihr Geh\u00f6r durch L\u00e4rm aufs Spiel setzen: Weltweit riskieren gem\u00e4ss aktuellen WHO Zahlen rund 1,1 Milliarden junge Menschen durch ihr H\u00f6rverhalten einen H\u00f6rverlust. In L\u00e4ndern mit mittleren und hohen Einkommen sind es rund 50 Prozent*, die durch lautes Musikh\u00f6ren \u00fcber Audio-Ger\u00e4te und 40 Prozent*, die durch Diskobesuche ihr Geh\u00f6r gef\u00e4hrden.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene im Alter von 12 bis 35 Jahren<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jede M\u00f6glichkeit einen H\u00f6rverlust zu verhindern muss genutzt werden. Deshalb f\u00f6rdert die Hear the World Foundation die Aufkl\u00e4rung zu den Themen H\u00f6ren und H\u00f6rverlust und tr\u00e4gt so zur Pr\u00e4vention und zu einem besseren Umgang mit H\u00f6rverlust bei.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elena Torresani, Leiterin der Gesch\u00e4ftsstelle der Hear the World Foundation<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sonovas Hear the World Foundation unterst\u00fctzt die Kampagne seit deren Start am 3. M\u00e4rz 2015, anl\u00e4sslich des Internationalen Tags zum Schutz des Geh\u00f6rs (International Ear Care Day). Beim Launch der Kampagne in Genf war die Hear the World Foundation mit dabei. Zusammen mit Mitgliedern anderer beteiligten Organisationen berichtete die Leiterin der Gesch\u00e4ftsstelle der Hear the World Foundation Elena Torresani in einer Panel-Diskussion \u00fcber die Aufkl\u00e4rungsarbeit der Stiftung. Auf dem Launch-Event wurde erstmals auch der 1-min\u00fctige Spot gezeigt, welcher mit eindr\u00fccklichen Animationen und Fotos prominenter Botschafter auf die Bedeutung hinweist, das Geh\u00f6r zu sch\u00fctzen. Um m\u00f6glichst viele Menschen damit zu erreichen, verbreitet die Hear the World Foundation den Spot via soziale Netzwerke und Online-Medien. Ein grosser Erfolg: Auf dem Kanal Youtube wurde der Spot in der ersten Woche nach seiner Aufschaltung bereits 10.000 mal aufgerufen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zusammenfassend erkl\u00e4rt Elena Torresani: \u201eJede M\u00f6glichkeit einen H\u00f6rverlust zu verhindern muss genutzt werden. Deshalb f\u00f6rdert die Hear the World Foundation die Aufkl\u00e4rung zu den Themen H\u00f6ren und H\u00f6rverlust und tr\u00e4gt so zur Pr\u00e4vention und zu einem besseren Umgang mit H\u00f6rverlust bei. In diesem Sinne erachten wir es als wichtig, die Aufkl\u00e4rungsarbeit der WHO zu unterst\u00fctzen.\u201c<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wichtige Tipps, wie man sich vor l\u00e4rmbedingtem H\u00f6rverlust sch\u00fctzen kann:<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Nicht zu laut aufdrehen: Ein L\u00e4rmpegel unter 85 dB gilt als sicher f\u00fcr unser Geh\u00f6r. Wenn man Musik \u00fcber Audio-Ger\u00e4te h\u00f6rt, Lautst\u00e4rke auf nicht mehr als 60 Prozent des Maximal-volumens aufdrehen.<\/li>\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Musik \u00fcber Kopfh\u00f6rer h\u00f6ren, welche gut sitzen und die Umgebungsger\u00e4usche aus-blenden. So kann man Musik in lauter Umgebung auch bei niedrigeren Lautst\u00e4rken geniessen.<\/li>\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Bei Konzerten, in Diskos und anderen lauten Umgebungen Ohrst\u00f6psel tragen. Diese k\u00f6nnen den L\u00e4rmpegel um 5 bis 45 dB reduzieren.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Smartphone Apps nutzen, mit denen sich der Umgebungsl\u00e4rm messen l\u00e4sst.<\/li>\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Ein ausreichender Abstand zur Ger\u00e4uschquelle hilft Geh\u00f6rsch\u00e4den vermeiden.<\/li>\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Zur Regeneration bewusst akustische Pausen einlegen und alle L\u00e4rmquellen ausschalten.<\/li>\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Das Geh\u00f6r regelm\u00e4ssig durch einen Spezialisten \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen
