Das Urteil, in dem der Bundesgerichtshof die Untersagung der \u00dcbernahme der GN ReSound aufhebt, ist eine Best\u00e4tigung f\u00fcr einen funktionierenden freien Wettbewerb in der\u00a0<\/span>H\u00f6rger\u00e4tebranche.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201eIch bin sehr erfreut \u00fcber den Entscheid des Bundesgerichtshofes, der deutlich best\u00e4tigt, dass der intensive Wettbewerb in der H\u00f6rger\u00e4teindustrie \u00fcber die innovativsten Produkte und das beste Preis-Leistungsangebot gef\u00fchrt wird.\u201c sagte Valentin Chapero, CEO der Sonova Gruppe. \u201eDieser Wettbewerb unter den Herstellern um den H\u00f6rakustiker belebt das Gesch\u00e4ft. Nur so konnte Sonova sich in den vergangenen Jahren als f\u00fchrender Hersteller f\u00fcr H\u00f6rsysteme etablieren.\u201c, so Chapero.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sonova nahm nach der im Jahre 2007 untersagten \u00dcbernahme der ReSound Gruppe als Nebenkl\u00e4ger im von ReSound gef\u00fchrten Einspruchsverfahren am Deutschen Bundesgerichtshof teil. Dieser<\/span>hat nun am 20. April 2010 das Urteil des Deutschen Bundeskartellamtes und des Oberlandesgerichtes D\u00fcsseldorf aufgehoben, welche 2007 die geplante \u00dcbernahme aus kartellrechtlichen Bedenken untersagt hatten.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sonova wird keine Schadensersatzanspr\u00fcche gegen im Verfahren involvierte Parteien geltend machen.<\/span><\/p>\n
