Mai 2020 \u2013<\/em>Sonova Holding AG gibt heute die erfolgreiche Platzierung einer Schweizer-Franken-Anleihe in der H\u00f6he von CHF 500 Mio. in zwei Tranchen bekannt. Das Zahlungsdatum f\u00fcr beide Tranchen ist der 26. June 2020. Die Emission erfolgte unter der Federf\u00fchrung der Credit Suisse, UBS und der Z\u00fcrcher Kantonalbank. Die Anleihen werden an der SIX Swiss Exchange kotiert. Die Anleihe ersetzt eine bestehende Br\u00fcckenfinanzierung von CHF 300 Mio. und verbessert das F\u00e4lligkeitsprofil der Finanzverbindlichkeiten von Sonova.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Anleihe umfasst folgende zwei Tranchen:<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Eine CHF 200 Mio. Anleihe 2020-2025 mit einem fixen Zinssatz von 0,50% per annum. Die Anleihe wird zu 100,402% begeben. Die R\u00fcckzahlung erfolgt am 6. Oktober 2025.<\/li><li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Eine CHF 300 Mio. Anleihe 2020-2028 mit einem fixen Zinssatz von 0,75% per annum. Die Anleihe wird zu 100,084% begeben.
