Dazu geh\u00f6rt das Installieren, Inbetriebnehmen und Warten von Benutzerendger\u00e4ten der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien (ICT). Als ICT Fachmann\/-frau erweiterst Du Ger\u00e4tekonfigurationen, installierst Software und instruierst Anwenderinnen und Anwender. Du kennst die firmenspezifischen Einstellungen der eingesetzten Hardware und der Standardanwendungen\/Betriebsapplikationen um bei Installationen und im Supportfall rasch und in hoher Qualit\u00e4t handeln zu k\u00f6nnen. Im ersten Bildungsjahr absolvierst Du sechs Monate im Regionalen Ausbildungszentrum Au (RAU). Hier erh\u00e4ltst Du umfassende Grundlagen des Informatikberufs. Danach wird Deine Ausbildung in unserem Betrieb fortgesetzt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Informationen zum RAU findest Du hier:<a href=\"http:\/\/www.r-au.ch\/Seiten\/default.aspx\">Regionales Ausbildungszentrum Au<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h1\">Bildungsdauer<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die berufliche Grundbildung als ICT-Fachmann\/-frau dauert 3 Jahre.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h1\">Berufsfachschule\/Berufsmatura<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W\u00e4hrend der gesamten Bildungsdauer besuchst Du an 1 bis 2 Tagen pro Woche die Berufsfachschule TBZ in Z\u00fcrich. Bei entsprechender Eignung kann w\u00e4hrend der Grundbildung die Berufsmaturit\u00e4tsschule besucht werden.
