Recognizing and including persons with disabilities is not just something we do on International Day of Persons with Disabilities (#IDPD) but is built into the values of our company culture and our products. This is why one of the key pillars of our diversity and inclusion strategy focuses on building supportive environments, whether they are digital, hybrid, or in-person. For example, our global Hearing Loss Network has provided guidance for developing an inclusive meeting culture and is working to ensure we have sound amplification in our meeting rooms and at home.
With an estimated 1 billion people having disabilities and 470 million of those of working age, according to the International Labour Organization (https://ow.ly/XSpi50QengF), it is not only the right thing to do to be inclusive of people with disabilities but also helps us in building the best teams.
