Michael Jacobi has been an independent consultant since 2007.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From 1996 to 2007, he was CFO and member of the Executive Committee of Ciba Specialty Chemicals Inc. Prior to this, since 1978, Michael Jacobi held various management positions in the area of finance at Ciba-Geigy Group in Brazil, the US, and in Switzerland.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With his wide management and financial background and his expertise as former CFO, Michael Jacobi is well qualified to serve as a member of the Audit Committee as a financial expert.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Michael Jacobi studied economics and business administration at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, at the University of Washington in Seattle, and at the Harvard Business School in Boston. He earned a Ph.D. from the University of St. Gallen in 1979.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outside mandates:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">n\/a\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meeting attendance during the financial year 2019\/20<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Board of Directors: 5 out of 5 meetings attended<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Board of Directors calls: 4 out of 4 attended<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Audit Committee: 4 out of 4 meetings attended<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Holdings as per 31.03.2020<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Shares: 2,000<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Restricted Shares<sup>1)<\/sup>: 6,192<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"so-rich-text__footer wp-block-paragraph\">1) These shares are subject to a restriction period which varies from June 1, 2020 to June 1, 2025 depending on the grant date.
