Before joining the company, he was Group CFO of Jet Aviation, a business group of General Dynamics. From 2001 to 2006 Hartwig Grevener was CFO for the European operations of Gate Gourmet, one of the leading global airline catering firms. His previous professional experience includes positions at Hapag-Lloyd, a German logistics group, A.T. Kearney management consultants, and BMW.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hartwig Grevener holds a Diploma in business administration and mechanical engineering from the TU University of Berlin (1991) as well as a Ph.D. in business administration from the University of St. Gallen (1994).<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Holdings as per 31.3.2020<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Shares<sup>1)<\/sup>: 8,324<\/li>\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Performance Share Units: 3,658<\/li>\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Restricted Share Units: 1,947<\/li>\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Options: 43,201<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"so-rich-text__footer wp-block-paragraph\">1) Shares are dividend entitled with full voting rights.
