Code of Conduct 

Our motto, “Nothing works without people”, expresses the fact that people are the focus of the Sonova Group. As an internationally active team, we have a social responsibility towards each staff member, in all countries. We also behave according to accepted ethical principles when interacting with customers, suppliers, business partners and shareholders. At Sonova, we call this “People Value”.

It is the common denominator of our mission and our values. All of us, in all capacities, under all brands and in all countries within the Sonova Group, are valued based on our contributions individually and collectively. We should be proud of the unique culture of our organization.


Ethical behavior is important in its own right. Ethical behavior is also good for our business, because it enhances and protects our reputation.

 

The Code of Conduct is binding for all employees within the Sonova Group. This Code of Conduct applies to all employees of the Sonova Group, its subsidiaries and any contractors or vendors performing work for the Sonova Group or any of its subsidiaries.

Compliance Hotline

 

Our Compliance Hotline enables employees around the world to call confidentially at any time to voice concerns related to the Code of Conduct. Independent specialists answer the calls and forward reports to the appropriate person in the Sonova Group for investigation. Employees can later ask for follow-up information.
